Problem Manager
The IT Operations department are looking for a Problem Manager to join their team in Minneapolis. As CWT moves forward in the ITIL framework, this position plays a key role in ensuring success of the delivery of our IT services to our business teams.
The primary objective is to make sure IT services are stable, that they work in a timely and accurate manner and that problems neither occur nor recur. By analysing the system and processes you will make suggestions for improvements, ensuring we meet the requirements of internal and external customers. You will be responsible for leading IT changes, which will be incorporated in the quarterly releases of the CWT Symphonie software suite.
Candidates will need to be proficient in all MS office products and be familiar with Microsoft Win200/2003/XP operating systems. Experience within a similar position or knowledge within this area is required, as is working knowledge of ITIL.
