Team Leader
The Commercial Department are responsible for the reconciliation of management fee contracts for all our Blue Chip clients and the costing of new business for CWT. The five-strong team work closely together to ensure all information is obtained and reviewed and that deadlines are met for sending out financial statements to clients.
The Team Leader is a key role in shaping and motivating the team to achieve maximum efficiency. You will be responsible for distribution of workload, calculation of the more complex management fees, training of new staff and provide on-going support to the Commercial team. You will report to the Commercial Manager.
Ideally with some commercial experience, you will need to demonstrate your people management skills. You must be a confident communicator, as you will be dealing with a wide range of people, including Account Managers and other internal departments on a day to day basis. Flexibility is essential, as is a high level of numeracy and good working knowledge of Word and Excel.

Personal Assistant
Due to the recent restructure within the Senior Management Team, a great opportunity has arisen to work as a Personal Assistant for our Executive VP, North Europe, Chief Financial Officer and Commercial Director.
We are looking for an experienced PA to arrange and organise meetings, make travel arrangements for UK and overseas, maintain diaries and carry out general administration duties. You will have responsibility for the companies marketing funds via our suppliers, so excellent communication and organisational skills are required.
Producing reports, minutes, presentations and other correspondence is a key part to the role, so candidates must have excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email. You should also have a positive, professional attitude and be able to multi-task.
