Section Manager - M1 Grade
Due to an internal transfer we have a vacancy for a Section Manager on one of our mixed teams
in our prestigious office in the heart of Manchester. We have excellent transport links and
affordable car parking on our doorstep, and everything else that you would associate with a vibrant
city centre location.
We are looking for someone with recent Lead Agent experience (or equivalent), or above, to
manage a friendly and experienced team. Client contact will be an important part of the job,
mostly by phone and email, and therefore good communication skills are necessary.
You must be organised and confident, with winning ways and a positive ‘can do’ attitude, and
have a good knowledge of at least one GDS.

Business Development Manager – Location – flexible
CWT is looking to appoint a new Business Development Manager within its highly successful UK
Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new profitable travel accounts in
accordance with our annual budgeted targets.

You will contribute to the design, production and effective delivery of high quality sales presentations and proposals. You must have the ability to negotiate effectively and be able to evaluate and analyse data.
Extensive knowledge of UK travel management is required and knowledge of EMEA travel management would be an advantage.

MARKET STRATEGY & BUSINESS SERVICES
Senior Programme Management Support – Location – Potters
Bar
In this position you will provide support for the UK Programme Management support team in regards to internal and client reporting requirements. This will include developing and delivering high quality reports and improving the efficiency of client-facing documentation.
To apply you must be a good communicator with the ability to convert complex data into customer facing formats. Proficient knowledge of advanced Excel and a keen eye for detail is essential for this role. Previous experience working in a similar role would be advantageous.
This position will also support the Market Intelligence role within the business to analyse all of the opportunities available to CWT.
Key skill requirement;
• Ability to analyse market place data, including forecasting, report design and trend
analysis
• Be able to demonstrate good Word and PowerPoint skills
• Demonstrate Advanced Excel techniques
• Demonstrate the use of reporting dashboards and efficiency improvements
• Show evidence of working with workflow management and time tracking
• VBA for Excel would be Highly beneficial for the role
• Ability to solve Management Information-related issues
• An eye for detail, accuracy and creativity
• Flexible attitude to work; willingness to work outside core hours on occasions to meet
deadlines
• Experience in the travel industry would be an advantage.
