Events Consultant
Another opportunity has arisen to join CWT’s ever expanding Meetings & Events
department.
We are looking for a highly motivated, pro-active individual that is interested
in moving into this exciting department.
Main responsibilities include:
· Source suitable venues for clients conference/meetings/events and group
activities
· Act as liaison between the client and the venue
· Inputting of new enquiries into the in-house system ensuring efficient turnaround on enquiries
· Processing of confirmations, amendments & cancellations
· Telephone liaison with clients & hotels
· Act as liaison between the client and the venue

Extensive hotel knowledge and understanding of the events industry is
desirable.
