Meetings and Events Team Leader
 
An exciting opportunity has arisen within CWT’s ever expanding meetings and events department. We are looking for a passionate and naturally motivated individual with an events background to lead a team of consultants.
 
As first point of contact for the team and clients you will be an excellent communicator, accomplished negotiator and demonstrate team authority.
 
You will have experience dealing with corporate clients from a variety of sectors.
 
Experience in working with pharmaceutical clients is preferable but not essential as any training needed will be provided.

GLOBAL TTS – PRODUCT MARKETING
  • Product Director- CWT Itinerary
 
To define, manage, deploy and evolve the standard transaction process environment for CWT globally, specifically as it relates to the products used for itinerary delivery and other point of sale products.
This includes, but not limited to:
1.  To manage the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with TTS, Innovation, Product Delivery, IT, and Suppliers to deliver winning products.
2.  To work with Customer Product Marketing team to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met, wherever applicable.
3.  To develop, document and enhance the complete “value story” for the standard transaction process environment pertaining to itinerary and other point of sale products.
4.  Document the strategy, evolve key initiatives to support the strategy and map out tactics to support these key initiatives.
5.  To collaborate and work closely with Point of Sale and Mid-Office product managers to ensure consistency and continuity.
6.  To develop and manage the Product P&L for the specific products covered.
7.  Also support the ongoing deployment of Portrait in various markets in order to reach established goals for the organization.

Senior Product Analyst
 
This exciting new role is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritising product/process requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with TTS, Product Delivery and IT teams to ensure defined goals for the product are met.
 
The Product Analyst will assist the Product Manager to define, manage, deploy and evolve the standard transaction process environment for CWT globally, specifically as it relates to CWT Itinerary and other products as identified.
