Pauline Sneider

Pauline joined Carlson Wagonlit Travel in 1980, moving from operations to account management in 1989.
Pauline assisted in the development of the principles of account management and in 1994 was appointed the to the role of Account Director. She continued in that role, with additional line management responsibilities, until the end of 2001 when she was appointed Director of Account Management UK.
In 2002 with the creation of a regional zone, Pauline's role was enlarged to include the countries of Denmark and Sweden as well as the UK.
As Director of Account Management North Europe, Pauline is responsible for ensuring that Carlson Wagonlit Travel's Account Management continues to be the industry leader in setting standards, maximising clients total travel spend, exceeding clients objectives and providing added value.
