CWT Meetings & Events – Dexter House

Event Consultant

 

A fantastic chance has arisen to join the Meetings & Events Group Travel Team situated at Dexter House.  The office is located close to Tower Bridge, the nearest tube station being Tower Hill and is easily accessible to Fenchurch Street, London Bridge and Liverpool Street Stations.

 

We are looking for a candidate who will learn the intricacies of dealing with groups both small and large as well as individual published fare bookings.

 

You must be focused on delivering the highest standard of quality service. Candidates must have extensive experience in the Business Travel environment having worked with Galileo.  A good knowledge of Microsoft Office would also be an advantage.

 

You should also be well organised with the ability to multi task and able to demonstrate first class communication skills.

 

Key tasks
Liaison with the appropriate affiliate and UK contact to gather information required and to create excellent customer experience
Organising travel for delegates both inside and outside of the UK using preferred suppliers
Working closely with the Compliance team to ensure that all standard due diligence is strictly followed
Organise travel insurance for customers with external supplier (if required)
Assist with speaker Visas (if required)
