Carlson Wagonlit Travel Announces Senior Management Change
Pierre Milet appointed chief financial officer

 

AMSTERDAM, September 20, 2011 – Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) today announces that Pierre Milet has been appointed executive vice president and group chief financial officer, effective immediately.


Based in Paris, he will report to Douglas Anderson, CWT president and chief executive officer, and will be a member of the global executive team.
Milet brings to the position over 20 years’ experience in finance, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, control and reporting, as well as mergers and acquisitions in various industries and countries.


Prior to his promotion, Milet was CFO for the Europe Middle East Africa operations of CWT. Before joining CWT, Milet worked for seven years within the Avaya Inc. group, holding key finance roles for several business units in Belgium, the United States and Germany. Before that, Milet worked for Lucent Technologies in France and spent seven years at Arthur Andersen.

A French citizen, Milet holds a Master of Public Administration from the French business school, Institut d’Etudes Politiques, Paris.
