What was the project?

To support Analysys Mason staff during their busiest times, and help them to overcome challenges such as budget cuts, business travel booking and carbon offsetting.

Despite the often complex itineraries and the potential pitfalls of arranging travel to far flung destinations, Karen Westdijk, Executive Assistant of Analysys Mason, explains that CWT’s City Office is "always ready to help". What did working together achieve?

• Savings of 41% in one quarter of 2010 – 40% of which were as a result of CWT Special Fares being taken up
• Support to overcome complex itineraries, to obtain visas for travellers of different nationalities and function successfully, even with budget restrictions
• Enabled Analysys Mason to focus on their carbon offsetting through detailed reports
