Sustainability – for clients and CWT
Sustainability has stayed at the top of CWT’s agenda, even through the past few years, not only because we want to be a greener business but our clients expect it. CWT has its own green travel manifesto to help employees make smart choices which includes recycling and energy saving initiatives. As a result of these initiatives, CWT was recently accredited with ISO 14001, the international standard for environmental performance. We also provide our clients with sustainable business travel options as part of our drive to become the leading green business travel agency.
Sense of community
Every year we choose a charity to support. Last year, CWT raised £18,600 to support a week-long medical camp and build 20 homes for families in a remote area of Africa through RUSH2Kenya. We also support our people who undertake marathons, bike rides and other activities for charity.
People make the difference
Our high quality of service is only possible because of our people . We believe in supporting our employees so they can in turn support our clients to the best of their abilities. Continuous training and development is core to CWT culture, as well as communicating often and recognising outstanding achievement (while having some fun along the way).
