When most business travellers hear the words ‘traveller profile’ they probably drift off, because, let’s face it, it’s not the most exciting topic... but here’s why it is so important to keep your profile up-to-date and complete:

 

If there’s a major crisis while you’re travelling, the information we have helps us to locate you and get you home safely

 

US carriers have confirmed reservations may be cancelled if certain data is not passed to them when the booking is first created, so make sure the relevant information is in your profile to prevent problems at the airport
